This custom engraved medical ID watch band tag provides important information at a glance and is designed to slide onto compatible watch bands for everyday wear.

Each tag is laser engraved on stainless steel for a permanent, durable finish. You may include up to 6 lines of text without a logo, or up to 5 lines with an optional logo or symbol. Logos are engraved above the text and sized for clarity.

Fits watch bands up to 20mm wide. Please review the listing photos carefully to confirm compatibility with your specific watch band style before ordering.

Personalization should be entered exactly as you want it engraved, including capitalization and abbreviations. Custom logos or graphics can be sent through Etsy messages or emailed to contact@r2creativedesigns.com after purchase.
